    Newbie, Denver, Colo

    My name is Don H & I found this site via Google. I had a problem with my Zoom last night, after power up the screen locked showing only my wall paper & no icons & could no power down???

    Welcome to the forum. Glad you decided to join us. Try a soft reboot, press and hold the power button and the volume up button together until the Xoom starts to reboot, then release them both. If this doesn't help, keep us informed.
