Hello everyone, I just took delivery of my second Xoom, I acquired the first last September from Woot and it's been so much fun that last week I bought another from them. Sadly this one may have a damaged screen.

Not sure if this is the place to air the problem or not, but thought I should first at least say Hi.

I've emailed support no reply yet though it's only been a couple of hours.

The issue is the dime sized spot in the middle of the screen that looks like an oil slick. It can be seen with the screen on or off. If you lightly press on the screen on or near the spot it enlarges. If you press a little firmer a black line appears, if you press firmly anywhere on the screen a line will radiate from the spot to your finger. If I had to guess I'd say the screen is cracked.

I posted this same question on the Motorola forums and someone linked your pictures, that's what mine looks like only smaller. Cracked LCD was the first thing I thought when I saw it. That sucks, well no point waiting for support to reply to my question, I'll ask for an RMA and send it in for repair.

If Motorola won't fix it under warranty I'll return it to Woot for a refund. Woot is an online clearing house, they run one day sales on just about anything, last Sunday this came up a $249 and I couldn't pass it up.
