Battery life

My battery has always had a short life. I have to recharge Every day not matter the usage. It has been sent in for repair twice and now the third time of me contacting them of the problem they want say they will replace the tablet. My question is what will I get as a replacement? I have always had a case on it so the condition is like new. I have owned it for one year. If they send me a re-furb is it going to be like???

i use my xoom all the time. i average 9-10 hours or so

its a guarantee you wil get a reconditioned/refurb unit, possibly'with superficial marks/scratches, if your lucky it will have a new casing. but it will be a refurb/reconditioned nonetheless

that is usually the way it works 9 out 10 times.
