The "always" Selection
I was attempting to stream from wpr.org, for their old time radio. Inadvertently, when I selected "MP3," a screen popped up with "Music" or "Video" and "Once" and "Always." While trying to "flick," I got "video," and then I selected "always." Of course, when I again tried to select the MP3 streaming, my Xoom went to "Video player," and I got the error "Can not play this video."
How do I get back to the original selection screen so I can "de-select" "Video" and "Always." I would like to choose "Music" and "Once."
Thank you.

Settings, apps, your video player, look for clear defaults and touch that.

Many thanks for the responses. Believe me, I have tried all the suggestions -- "clear" the app, load the Store version of iTunes (the software which wpr.org uses for MP3 streaming -- I THINK!!), but have had no results. The "Video player," which is what shows when I try to select streaming from the Web site, does not seem to be listed on my apps -- ergo, I can not "clear" it. I suspect there must be SOME way to "undo" selections, SOMEHOW. Another pop-up I inadvertently did not complete was something about automatically completing "forms" with name, address, etc. When I was completing it, it seemed to stop at "name," so I selected "save." Of course, I would like to get IT back, too, to finish entering address, etc., etc.
Again, I keep getting suggestions wth instructions/avenues which don't seem to be available on my Xoom!!! Frustrating!!!

Thanks...but I don't get "video player" when I look for it in apps -- routing through settings, all, and so on.

I believe it is part of Gallery. Pull up Gallery (make sure you are looking in "All" apps, not just "Downloaded" or "Running", and press Clear Defaults.

Chris ...
Thanks. Cleared "gallery" as part of "all." No change in my attempts to stream at wpr.org--still get "video player" and "can not play this video."

Hmm . . sorry then, I've no further suggestions. Anyone else?
It's a long shot, but how about downloading another player (or more than one) and seeing if by any chance one of them "hijacks" the default. Then you could uninstall again and hopefully return to normal. Just a thought.

Just to make sure you are clearing defaults right? The only other way I can think is the suggestion above.

Chris and Castor Shells ...
Many thanks. I did download the Xoom (or is it Google?) Store version of iTunes, as iTunes is the audio software wpr.org indicates it uses when one selects MP3 streaming. Also, I attempted to download "the latest version of iTunes" from wpr.org, which is one of the site's recommendations for streaming. Also, I went to "settings," "apps," and "all." I found NO "video player," which is what pops up when I select wpr.org's MP3 streaming (not using the Windows Media Player, thinking it surely would NO work on my Xoom). Then, "can not play this video" pops automatically.
I tried clearing "Gallery," too, but got no positive results. The "hijacking," which I also presumed might have worked with the Xoom-compatible Store version of iTunes, did not work.
It does seem there must be a way to retract settings to make corrections. The wpr.org Website suggests corrections (like downloading the "latest version" of iTunes) which are aimed at Windows.
Besides the "Video player" error (I can't fix!!!), I messed up with some sort of "automatic" form completer for Web pages (name, address, etc., etc.). I selected "save" before I had all the information entered. I can't find that one, either.
