Hello. I bought my xoom about a month ago. I'm very new to android, but loving it so far. I recently switched from an iPhone to the HTC Inspire - LOVE IT! Came across this forum and have spent most of the day reading through the threads. It has been so helpful to me. Thanks - daytdere.

Hello, Im a complete newbie and trying to learn as much as i can about the Xoom (bought 6 weeks ago). Joined Android community in April with my first smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S) Glad i found this site and thank you!

I just joined the site. I've owned a Xoom for about 3 months now. I also own an Ipad 2. The Ipad is the only "Apple" device I own. I have to say, I just don't see the hype in Apple, but I wouldn't go as far to say that they suck.... seems pretty limited in what you can do in comparison to Android products. I have to say that the biggest reason I joined this forum is I question when I can expect to see some tablet apps available. The shortage of apps for the Xoom are hard to defend against the "I-tards" as I've heard some Android users call them... Any idea what the plans are to get some credible apps to the Xoom tablet? Looking forward to reading some posts on this site!

Hi, just wanted to introduce myself. I've been a lurker on here for a few weeks. Have owned a Xoom since release but just recently rooted thanks to Xoom Forums
Im familar with Android since I've owned several Android phones though this was my first root. See you around..
