disable google voice search on the xoom

hi guys, a real quick and easy question about google voice. somehow now each time i press the little looking glass icon to do a text search, the microphone google voice thingy pops up....how can i disable this?...mostly noticed this on the market app...but also when im browsing google. not even entirely sure how i enabled it...but its pretty annoying as i dont really want to keep talking to the xoom when im trying to search for things.

any help would be great thanks.

Try this
Disable Search by Voice

To disable search by voice, press the Options button and select 'Settings.' Select NO under the 'Enable voice search' setting.

Depending on what you are running it should do the trick
