    Thank you so much. Now I have extracted, I do indeed get the command window. Hopefully I can follow the instructions from there! Fingers crossed. Bit nervous that the help offered by Simon Stuart on his website, if people get stuck, doesn't seem to be available now - gulp!!

    I actually got ICS update OTA 2 days ago! Considered not Gedifying but bit the bullet today and now enjoying Jelly Bean! Needed a stiff drink after the process but all went well. If you're worried about doing it, don't be. If I can do it anyone can!
