my zoom has crashed!!

Hello all,

I am stuck on how to fix my tablet, it has completely crashed, i tried to turn it off and now it is stuck on the dialogue box that ask if you wish to shut down, i have no idea what to do the battery doesn't appear to be dying either its been on now for five days, if it was my phone id just take the battery out however i can't do that. i use my tablet for my business and i am completely lost without it....can someone advise me to what i can do?

Have you tried vol down plus power button...wait 5 seconds then hit vol up to get into recovery

its frozen. hold power/volume up to force reboot
