    Yeah it is a MZ601. Running GA_ASIA firmware though, so maybe I have to be a bit more patient.

    They did say that they were being sent out in batches, but just about everyone has there updates now. Do you have a sim card in it yet? eg. Telstra, Optus or whatever. Being a 3g/wifi it may require a sim card to be present in the unit to get the update for 3g/wifi models!

    If you have for instance got a Telstra 3G sim in give Telstra Tech help a call, I'm afraid thats the best I can come up with, maybe someone else around here might have more clues.

    i have the same issu. i called oz moto supportwho asked tocall hk moto support. when i called hk, they axked to come to hk to get updated as it is not available asan auto update. have written to kogan support. kogan should have warned in the first instance. and their support sucks. still waiting for their response. approach kogan and make your point. its your hard earned money.

    all versions of the wifi and 3g xooms are currently running ICS 4.0 to my knowledge. this includes the MZ601, MZ605, MZ604 (non-us) ,MZ606

    the Wifi MZ604 (us) is currently running jb 4.1, the 3g MZ600 is running ics 4.0 and is slated for upgrade to jb 4.1 as is the MZ602 4g lte

    it is advised you check your build number in settings about tablet to see if you are running on a demo build. These cannot be updated, and you will have to reinstall the proper stock build software.

    rooted devices also may not be able to upgraded without first being returned to stock/stock rom
