Welcome to the forum. Glad you decided to join us. Has this been happening since you've had it? I'd start with a soft reboot first, press and hold the power button and the volume up button together until the Xoom starts to reboot, then release them both. If that doesn't help post back.

Not sure why it happened, but did you try a soft reboot after you removed Camera Zoom FX? The next thing I'd try is a factory data reset, this will put your Xoom back like it was when it was purchased. Once it's complete and you sign back into google you will be able to redownload all your apps.

I did a soft reboot after I removed the camera fx , but I thought maybe there is a way to restore the settings of the tablet without deleting all the information.

Are you on ICS yet, if so you can backup without root or unlocking your bootloader before doing a factory data reset.
Full Backup without Unlock or Root using "adb backup" ?

Since you've already done the soft reboot a factory data reset is all I can think of. You might look in the market for another app that might record longer first. You might give this one a try as there aren't many.

No , I have downoladed the CAMERA ICS from the link you gave me , but it stops after 30 sec. exactly , like there is a timer that tells this video to stop after 30 sec. How could it be? is there any chance that I bought a tablet that they didn't rooted it? is there anything that can stop the video like timer or such , in the settings. As I mentioned this tablet its comletely new , I have it for about a month.

Did you buy it new or from ebay? I just tried mine and it doesn't stop at 30 seconds. I know you don't want to but a factory data reset might be your best option.
