Any word on when ICS will be offered OTA for XOOM WI-FI Z604 Asia Pacific models? Last official distribution calendar I saw said 2nd quarter - which is now history.

If you want ICS your best plan of action is to GEDify and forget about Motorola's intentions.
They may or may not deliver this year, who knows.
