    Yeah my Xoom now thinks itsa a US one. I'm considering running my Xoom through a proxy to see if I can fool it into being able to connect to the Google Music Beta site, as I've already been able to download the software for it.

    Not defending Moto or Google but the copyright differences alone make for necessary changes from the US version.... different music and book markets... As I said, I'm not defending them, but there's probably more to it than you think. Experienced the same with Apple updates too.
