It worked!!! Im now in the Age of ICS and it feels great!!
Thanks for all your help guys.
I've finally plucked up the courage to get my UK Wifi Xoom 3.2 changed to the US version to get ICS but have stumbled on step 3. I cannot see which version to choose from the start.
Would using HWI69 actually be a downgrade? or is that the current version which is at 4.0.
Help would be greatly received.
Welcome to the forum.Glad you decided to join us. Build 169 is what you want. What guide are you using? This one is the newest one we have.

I've started using Oxford's guide on page 1 of this thread.
i've downloaded the USB drivers and the SDK tools.
is the Reivent the wheel link a easier way of doing it or should i carry on with Oxfords.

Cheers fella. i'll take a look and use that one.
Either one is fine. My method provides an AIO download, so you need not bother download the Android SDK, the ROM and the Drivers separartely. You don't even need to install the Android SDK with my method because a stripped-down version is provided in the AIO package containing only what is needed to GEDify. Also my method eliminates download corruption many have experienced when trying to get the ROM from Motorola's website.
