Galaxy Nexus or RAZR?
My nexus one is old and battered. I buy my mobis outright and have SIM only contracts. I don't know what to buy? Galaxy Nexus will have ICS out of the box, but is it too big? It also lacks a SD and HDMI but is a GED. The RAZR looks like a beauty, has the slots but only a 'promise' of ICS. It's also has no removeable battery (which doesnt bother me with my Xoom but my phone is charged daily and my Nexus One is on its 3rd battery). Oh and moto have a bad record with updates. Theres also the HTC Sensation XE in the mix as beats audio appeals to the basshead in me. What would you do?
UK Wi-Fi Xoom. Unlocked with ICS, but not rooted

I'd go Nexus. But that's just me.

I vote Galaxy S2 HD. The Nexus is like taking a step back for me. ICS sounds cool, but we already have most of it on our tablets.

Already have a hacked Sensation but would like the XE.

I unsplit it for you! Nexus all the way. Can't go back to a locked bootloader ever again. And I am an update junkie. Its not too big. Wait at least until its in your hands to decide that.

Its interesting to see different points of view. I'm wondering how ICS will handle the "buttons" at the bottom of the RAZR? Will it hide the xoom-like icons? BTW as in in the UK we only have 3g (with hspa+) so am not influenced by networks at all
