New smart phone question

My vzw contract ends December 12 I have a droid x and I want to replace it with another type of phone I prefer to stick with Motorola and want something with 4g (no 4g here but useful when in l.a) and also larger than my droid x.

Anyone have a good choice I can read up in ?

I know you say you want to stick with Motorola, but I see no real rational reason for that. I recommend the Samsung Galaxy S3, which rocks!

i also agree. i went from an iphone to the new s3 and couldn't be happier. great product to say the least. for me it was a bit of "culture" shock, lol. for you already droid educated, it will be a piece of cake. check it out and you won't be disappointed in my opinion.

I was thinking of the razr maxx hd with the Kevlar caseing

The initial reviews on the RAZR maxx HD have been good so far. The GS3 is nice but I am like you I love Motorola products.

Iv had Samsung in the past, Motorola has been my fav. I also use Motorola radios

If I were able to get a new phone it would be the Razr Maxx HD. But I am hoping that Motorola/Google will unleash a killer Nexus phone next year.

I got a Razr Maax a few weeks ago and am happy with it so far. The battery life is much better than on my Droid Pro and the screen is much better too.
