Edit: I ever encounter that.
- Check background data
- Uncheck auto sync

im pretty sure its an issue with the way my companys mail server is set up.

i have to use (for now) the mobileiron app for security. i dont know, but im thinking maybe it does not install correctly when i switch to ICS, there are some step missing from when i set it up on GB. that could be causing the issue.
im holding out for now though, the email server is being changed and when my account is moved over, i wont have to use mobileiron anymore, so im hoping that will fix the issue.
