Ok - have 4.1.2 for 2 months and I hate it. I have a 30mb broadband connection - my Windows 7 laptop is fast - my older Windows XP desktop is fast but,my Xoom is crawling!!

ok - I've had it a month and I hate it! Touch is slow to respond, browsing is so slow and it takes forever to boot up.
Can I uninstall this update ?

Have the upgrade a couple of weeks now. I find my Xoom a little sluggish since - slight delay in touch response. Also I find Internet browsing has slowed as well. Anybody else experiencing this?

Just got it now - downloaded and installed. Can't see any difference.

Gedified my xoom about a month ago (thanks Simon) I loved ICS.

For anybody who has reservations, as a complete n00be I followed Simon's instructions to "GEDify" my Xoom. It was simple and quick - just make sure you read the instructions through before you start...

Undid the 2 screws on the bottom, slid the cover down about half an inch and then removed the 2 screws holding the top part of the case.
No problem locating and removing the sd card - 2 minutes, all...

Thanks guys but it's wedged in there - will have to remove the case.
The video makes it look straightforward enough ... hope it works out that way!

While inserting the SD card, I missed the slot and the card slipped in where the slot cover fits. Tried to get it out but only succeeded in pushing it in further.

Absolutely agree with cazza - why do we have to wait? I love motorola's official release - ics available in the US 3.2 available in the uk. No mention whatever of ics.
Are we the forgotten ??...
