Hello,
I have tried eos-umts_everest-63.zip, the rom is OK but I dont have 3G connection. My xoom see my operator Orange F, the signal is blue, but when i stop wifi, all connections disappear and 3G become grey with "Aucune connexion" (NO connection) written.
I will make other test later.

#64, failed, so #65 is up and all ok. I noticed that the backup to the google server is showing as "no account" yet on sign in it says it is backed up, and the Gapps arent inclusive of gmail need to get that from the market. Very odd not to have in the gapps package
FYI: Reply from solarnz @ XDA : About flashing of Gapps after flash next/new nightly
Question from 1 of the member:
Even if the rest of the gapps are available in the market, why we have to re install all these, every time we upgrade the rom?
All other (non Gapps) apps stay on the device, the Gmail, youtube, calender etc are gone. At least the older versions should not be touched like (non gapps) apps.
I only ask to find a way to save some time on each upgrade.
Reply by solarnz:
Once you flash the next nightly build, you won't need to continue flashing the google applications after that.

Good news on the GAPPS, thanks for that info. It was odd as the back up in settings on the EOS #67, still shows the back up is not being sent to google servers, yet set up allows its selection. So not sure is it or isnt it backing up to google servers. This is where i expected the inclusion of gmail app, was that "link" to confirm the account. If you hear anything on the back up to google would be good.
Cheers
EOS has released stable version 2.0.0 for UMTS_Everest, and its very good.. Seriously.. a lot better than what i heard from Motorola today, they are still no where close to ICS release and looks like Q2 is going to mean end of June 2012, if they are luck. They need to take a few lessons from Team EOS and fast. Motorola spin is making me sick..
....well I am staying with EOS even when moto should release ICS. :-)Originally Posted by noboundaries:209111
new Gapps is out, 20120429, it fixes the backup account issue. in the previous Gapps no account was found to back up in settings menu, all fixed now.
