I went back into recovery mode and did wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partition, and wipe Dalvik Cache. Then I re-loaded the Eos-stingray-1.0.0.zip and then EOS_GApps_ics_4.0.3_v10.5.zip. Rebooted.. took about 2 minutes.. and there ya go... ICS.

Update.. i'm now on to ICS 4.0.4. Looks great... love the updates.
how are you on 4.0.4? my eos 4g is 4.0.3 did i miss something?

Any idea when this ROM will be updated to 4.0.4, non-nightly, stable build? I'm still on EOS ICS 1.0.0, getting tired of seeing the system update notification...

    All rooted, of course.

The nightlies have been updated to 4.0.4 and as far as I'm concerned they're stable. Never had a crash or reboot on the WiFi nightlies.

Have you tried rebooting, and then removing the Motorola USB... re-installing, then reboot? Also, have you tried another USB connection? When I first bought my Xoom I went through hell getting WinXP SP3 to recognize my Xoom.

The first thing I did with my Xoom was update it to this ROM and I just wanted to say thanks to the devs. I appreciate your efforts

    hi all,

I bought a second hand xoom which had already been rooted and with version 93 of this rom installed. On the tab is a programme called goomanager.

The goomanager has stated today that there are both updates for the rom the gapps. Can I install these over the top of the existing rom and the same for the gapps.
