Welcome to the evolution of Tiamat XOOM.

With the AOSP release of Android 4.0 begins the next dawn of the Android operating system. And with this release comes Team EOS, the natural evolution of the TiamatXOOM development team.

It is the goal of Team EOS to develop and maintain the highest performing and most stable AOSP based rom for an array of platforms. The launching point for this development effort is the Motorola XOOM.

For the latest news on Team EOS Xoom releases make sure you follow @teameos on twitter and on IRC on Freenode in #xoom.

    >>>>> How Install CWM Recovery and Flash ICS<<<<<

    A. Xoom USB Driver For Your PC: Download and Install: here
Using original Xoom USB Cable that come with your Xoom is advisable

    B. Set Up Easy ADB On Your PC: Need for this process.

    1. Download the EasyADB(SDK_Tools.zip): here
    2. Extract the SDK_Tools.zip files
    3. Copy SDK_Tools folder
    4. Navigate to C: drive
    5. Paste SDK Tools folder on root of C: drive

    C. Download this recovery image(recovery-Tiamat-R4c-100611-1150-cwm.img) and place it in the "SDK_Tools folder" at your PC C:drive: here

    D. Download “Custom ICS” and “Gapps”: at the above links and place it in your External SDCard (DO NOT EXTRACT THESE FILES)

    E. Once the neccessary file in place: You can start the process

Open command prompt in Windows Start icon (in search textfield type in cmd and press enter)
    Once command prompt pop up,type:

    cd C:\SDK_tools
    adb reboot bootloader
    fastboot oem unlock
    fastboot reboot

After reboot ensure your USB debugging is enable.

Open command prompt in Windows Start icon (in search textfield type in cmd and press enter)
    Once command prompt pop up,type:

    cd C:\SDK_tools
    adb reboot bootloader
    fastboot flash recovery recovery-Tiamat-R4c-100611-1150-cwm.img

Once you have verification on your device that this has been flashed, reboot your device by holding Volume Up + Power.
Then 3 seconds after you see the "Motorola logo", hit Volume Down.

You should now see "Android Recovery" at the top left corner.
Hit Volume Up to boot/enter into recovery.

In "Android Recovery", wipe cache, wipe factory data, go to advance and wipe dalvik cache all within the recovery.

    Once done:

Go into "install zip from sdcard" -> "Choose zip from sdcard", then select the Custom ICS.zip and then flash Gapps file that you had downloaded/put in External SDcard.

    Reboot and Enjoy!

Yes, Based on the posts on XDA site.
They will still offer nightlies for developmental purposes but will release additional stable builds as more features are incorporated to satisfy the masses.
I just flashed this over the latest Nightly and everything is good. Solarnz said that would be safe to do.

Thanks, I just got back from the gym and haven't got over to XDA to read the thread. I just flashed the latest nightly and think I'll just stick with them.

Just installed. Excellent rom! I have been using nightlies since beginning and this rom has evolved into a smooth and stable work of art!
Now looking forward to Team EOS adding some extra goodness into this.
Thanks for the great work TeamEOS.

Just loaded a bit ago. Great, smooth ROM. This resolved my problem with the Backup & reset setting not allowing me to attach to a backup account.

It should, it's an ICS kernel but I'd make a backup just in case.
