curious why Cornerstone rom doesnt have its own thread since i seen they're still working on wingray build seperately so i decided to make it.

so how many are running Cornerstone? i've been running it since build #2 and am on #5 now and i see they're up to #8.

i havent been able to find any changelogs anyone know where i could find them?

i've also seen you guys talking about downloading the update through the pc first then transfer to xoom but i've been downloading and updating using xoom only am i asking for a brick? i download everything from the xoom and dont see any errors everyone talks about can someone elaborate?

Its just possible for large files downloaded on Xoom to become corrupted. It doesn't happen all the time, just safer through PC.

Flashing a corrupt file will cause a boot loop. You would then have to flash, from recovery, a nandroid or other rom to get back to normal.

ok so theres no real danger just a slight inconvienance. (would really like to sale my laptop)

also i tried putting the link from goo-inside me and i can cut/copy the url but cant paste it here is there a way?

As Castorshells said on larger downloads you sometimes get a bad download on the Xoom. Goo-manager is built into the wifi version of the rom, if you have your wifi on you will get a notification of the update in your status bar.

yes i have goomanager and it gives me updates but what i was trying to do was post the link to the goo-inside me webpage where others can download the Cornerstone zip's but im unable to paste the url in my posts. is there a way to do it using the xoom?

From my PC, haven't tried cornerstone since build 67.

well i just downloaded cornerstone #10 on the laptop took a while then rebuilt media storage since 3 folders of everything was popping up on the sd card with the xoom connected through usb rebooted then tried flashing the latest and it "aborted" popped up the android with yellow exclamation and said (bad)

so is this goo-inside me's fault? my laptop doesnt have problems downloading stuff and my wifi signal is strong and didnt disconnect.

it is the websites fault i cant get a steady download it gets stuck.
