Hello ,
I've bought xoom mz601 recently, it has official Rom 3.2
Does my device have to be rooted before flash this Rom(teameos)? or Can i apply directly the steps that ggrant3876's mantioned on first post ?
Thank you ..
Welcome to the forum.Glad you decided to join us. I believe it's a rooted rom and you just need the custom recovery, 1.0.0 was. Take a look at Astrix's thread.

well guys its been a while since i last flashed a custom rom this runs sweet on my uk wifi model thanks for all the hard work devs also i didnt have gmail but read other coments and just dloaded it from google play
flashed the Wingray rom yesterday. Very good work.
There's only one problem: When opening a page 'saved for offline reading' in the Stock Browser, the browser freezes and after some time force closes. Also does with modified ICS Browsers from the Market.
Since I'm using that feature pretty often, is there a way to work this out? I've got the latest gapps installed.
thanks

I wonder which is the best for my mz601 EU 3G...I've tried both and honestly EOS 2.0.0 seems to me slightly slower than nightliies...any other experiencs? I can see this in Genial writing application (to me the best note's apps out there); when I'm writing using my Bamboo pen there's a delay between my pen and the writings in the screen.
ciao
