My mom taught me to say thanks to people who help in any way, so to Op, contributors, and ofcourse the wonderful developers of team eos, THANK YOU.

it's great ROM, maybe in couple of weeks or so, I will try other roms, or even JB, but need rest a bit here, after rooted my xoom, lol
anyway, I notice a little bit problem though, after spending some time browsing with android browser, I wanted to do other thing, so went to home screen, using home button, there's a bit lag with the launcher. it's like not responding in PC. I wait, so it's back to normal.
so now, I'm using opera and nova launcher, and the problem seems gone. everything is okay though so just want to know if anyone experience the same?

Edit: Never mind, I installed one of the nightly versions, everything seems to work fine. Thanks for the great work!

This is an old rom that's not being maintained, there's a Jell Bean Nightly.

A little late to the party, but I have purchased a 3G Xoom and want to root. I'm not a total noob when it comes to this stuff, having rooted other devices in the past. My main question is: can I still get my hands on this ROM? I click on the download link in the OP, but it is no longer available. Any hints? Thanks in advance for the guidance.

Welcome to the forum. Glad you decided to join us. This is an ICS rom and Team EOS has a Jelly Bean rom that would work for you.

This has working 3G and 4G but always make a nandroid before flashing anything.

Appreciate the quick response! I was wondering if that was the answer. But to be sure... I'm running a Xoom 3G from Verizon (US) and the model is MZ600. I will go ahead and search for the Jellybean nightly for the MZ600.

We have an RS member with a 3G xoom and he reported that 3G was working on the 4G EOS JB nightlies.

Thanks! Got a hold of a nightly build and (after some minor bumps in the road), I got it up and running. What I learned: root/update/flash the manual way! "Easy" one-click tools weren't much help.

Appreciate the assist and so far, a happy Xoom rooter. Add this to my rooted Droid X and rooted Nook Color.

Don't ever use a "one click" root, easiest way to get a brick.
