Hold the power button and then on the menu there will be a screenshot option.

I've done a Factory Reset, wiped the cache and the Dalvik cache and flashed the ROM again but I still get the choppiness in the transitions when opening and closing some apps.

What else can I do to solve this problem?

I've been behind on this for a bit and didn't even have the last update from about 2 weeks ago installed yet and just noticed this one. Guess I need to get moving.

And yes, the battery is awesome. I left mine sit for the better part of 2 days and still had power left. Wish my phone was this good with battery life.

Go to development and look for transition. By default it set to 1 if im not wrong.

Set it at 0.5 or None.

Let us know if it work for you
