About LinkBacksSo i just got my xoom back from motorola repairs a week ago and today i plugged it in to charge. It says that it is charging but the battery percentage keeps dropping.
I did a soft reset twice but it didnt help. Can someone please help me, im freaking out about this!

turn the xoom off,and plug it in.see if the charging light comes on.

The xoom light is white when the xoom is off. I left it like that for about an hour, but turning it back on shows that it didnt charge while it was off.
what does gps being on have to do with it?

GPS is one of the huge battery killer. It happen to my Xoom...that the reason that i turn it off.
When your Xoom is power off and charging. The light will be white. It will turn green when it full charge. Est abt 6 hours.

Alright, ill keep it going all night, but shouldnt it at least show that it has charged since I've turned it off and had it connected?

Ok so I left it off and on the charger for about 10 hours, and the led light is still white. I turned it on and the issue is still there: it says its at 67 percent, and charging, but the percentage keeps dropping. I just sent this this in to moto about a week ago and it sucks that I'm gonna have to send it back in. I'm going to try a hard reset and if that doesnt work, i guess its off to moto repairs.

Alright, I caved and sent it in to Motorola Repairs. The shipping box should be here tomorrow and I'll send it out I guess :/ sucks having to have do this twice,
but I'm ok with that since I got it off ebay for 180 because it had a boot issue, sent it to moto and got back a working tablet a couple of days later.

It sounds like a bad charger if the percentage drops while plugged in, the charger is a known issue. Originally Posted by sgsalas258
