un-root and locking my xoom wi-fi(Bricked)

    Hi!
    I have Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi MZ604.
i am trying to un root my xoom, and lock him.
i found a guide in XDA,and done every thing that the guide said, and i think that i have bricked the device:
when i'm turning on xoom, the is a message:
    " Failed image LNX 0x0002
    Starting RSD mode 2."

    what should i do?

    some information about my xoom:
He wa with ROM tiamat 2.2.2.
I wanted to un root him,so i downloaded my stock image from moto-dev website.
i have seen on XDA tip for un-brick xoom:
Install RSD lite and download some SBF file.
    how to do it?
I've downloaded every thing, but i dont have any idea how use this software.

Unplug your Xoom and reboot the Xoom and your PC and adb should see it. Get your images to return to stock from here. The instructions are on the upper right of the page.

Yes, do NOT use the RSD Lite method to return to stock. Those files are for 3G versions of the device and will totally mess up your device.

Can you get to "Starting fastboot protocol"?

    - Try to fastboot/push images from there.
    - Use USB port that direct from your PC, usual at the back of your PC.

    Hope it help

Are you sure you have usbdebugging checked? Make sure you're using the cable that came with the xoom and as Astrix suggested try different usb ports.
