Problem connecting my Xoom to my Laptop

Previously when I connected my Xoom to my laptop I could right click on file (specifically a picture) and go to "send to" and it would list my Xoom as a Mxxx device (don't remember the exact letters). I could then drag and drop files to the Mxxx and they would move to my Xoom.

Somehow I changed it so the Xoom connects as a camera. The only other alternative I can find is to connect it as a Audio device. How do I get back to the previous setting?

Welcome to the forum. Glad you decided to join us. Delete you Motorola Xoom USB drivers and reinstall them again, see if that helps. You can use USBDeview to find them and delete them.

Hi guys, and thanks for the welcome(s)!

I hope I don't drive you all nuts, I am not TOTALLY computer illiterate, but I still can't figure this out. I downloaded the Moto helper from the link Ggrant3876 posted, and I found the folder where it "lives", but I can't figure out how it's supposed to work. I certainly don't have a problem deleting the drivers and reinstalling them, I just don't want to mess this up, since I don't have my own personal "geek" to run to with problems.

When I download and run the file nothing seems to happen. No windows open up, nothing appears to be running. So I figured I was supposed to download it to the tablet.....nope, still nothing. Any thoughts about what I did wrong?
