This is a discussion on Tucson within the Xoom Rescue Squad Help forums, part of the Motorola Xoom Support Forum category; Look you're using full sdk? Did you try using Easy ADB/SDK_tools? Your command: adb reboot - bootloader It should be : adb reboot bootloader Originally ...
Not a bad idea.
If you don't develop just try the easy adb instead.
Or just try it regardless.
Still not luck with that command. and yes I'm using the regular sdk. I must be missing something, everyone keeps saying I should be able to flash into bootloader or something, when my computer DOES NOT recognize the device. at all. how is anything going to work? and how do you fix it? I'm really starting to get frustrated. ugh.

Last thing that I can suggest..if this still didnt work. Im so sorry to hear about it.
Try do this:
- Uninstall all the Moto drivers and SDK related.
- Install and run this cleaner: http://www.iobit.com/advancedsystemcareper.html
- Once done. Reboot your PC.
- Reinstall all the Moto drivers and use Easy ADB (Check my signature and go post#3). Reboot your PC again.
- Ensure you're using cable that come with your Xoom.
- Install media player 11. If you have'nt.
- Do not share USB port. Try to use port from your Motherboard. Usually back of the PC.
- Ensure your Xoom battery above 80%.
Try it and see how it go..Finger crossed![]()

Alcohol may not solve your problems, but neither will milk and cookies!
So does anyone else have any ideas? Or know someone in Tucson?
