i have rooted my 3g XOOM. When i installed in july the Android 3.1 version must i rootet my xoom again?

i rooted 3.01. I want install in july the Android 3.1 version. Must i rootet my xoom then again?

You should be fine. There is no need to root again (under normal circumstances).
