Ok so I flashed what I thought was a tiamat ROM from XDA and now I'm stuck at Motorola screen and can't get past it to clockwork to install my backup? Help

Ok I did figure out what i did wrong but I still can't fix it.
I backed up
Wipe data/cache
The installed the tachi kernal thinking it was a rom.
Anyone know how I can get to clockwork to install a new ROM over this?

Go back into CwM and go to mounts and storage. At the bottom is mount USB. Plug Xoom into PC first and mount Xoom. After several minutes the Xoom drive will appear. Place the ROM onto SD card and back out to install zip. Then navigate and install.
I can't get it to go into Clockwork at all

Yes you can. Hold volume up + power button to reboot. 5 seconds after RED M shows up hold volume down until entering Android recovery shows up in top left. Then tap power button or volume up to enter recovery. You have to enter recovery or push stock files with adb.
Dude you are a life saver I was doing the recovery button process all wrong
