    Xoom will not charge sense update installed.

    Has anyone else had a problem with there motor xoom not charging sense installing the lasted automatic update for the xoom?

    Welcome to the forum.Was it charging fine before the update. You might try a factory rest, it will bring the Xoom to just like it was when you got it. You will nor lose your update, if you go to menu>settingsd>pricaxy and make sure backup my data and automatic restore google will restore your apps when you sign back in. The factory data rest is in privacy too.

    Yeah it was charging just fine yesterday evening. But last night and available auto update popped up and I accepted it. It installed and restarted automatically and hasn't charged sense then. I only have a 1/4 battery left, so I would like to resolve the issue. Hopefully with the advice you gave about the factory reset...I'll post back with the results...THANKS

    If that doesn't help I would call Motorola customer support, there have been quite a few complaints with the chargers going bad.

    Try wiggling the adaptor in the socket?

    I had to get a replacement charger a few days after I received my Xoom. They are faulty. Do you have a car charger you could try?
