    uk xoom 3g connection failure

    hey guys, I'm totally confused what's wrong with my 3g connection. the sim card is ok and 3g works fine when I put it into my htc cell, however on my xoom it refuses to work despite the dynamic tray indication (3g changes to hsdpa or to edge) though the indicator color is gray like it doesnt work. I have no idea what's wrong, I tried all the mobile connection settings, still nothing seems to work. the problem appeared several days ago. my xoom was updated to official 3.1 10 days ago, not rooted.
    I reaally look forward to any help.

    Did it work pre update? Have you switched the xoom off and on with the sim in?

    It worked fine before and after the update. I rebooted the xoom like 10 times, still no effect

    Hmm. Aside from contacting your carrier you might need to try a factory reset. This will wipe all data on the device. I'm not familiar with the 3G connection issues much less with the euro versions. Hopefully someone else will chime in.
